Chamonix/Paris
Feb 15 - Feb 25, 2002
A great NPSC trip! Much more than just classical (as the French call a groomed run) skiing. We had ambiance, off-Piste skiing, and Paris. The high point for me was the Vallee Blanche run. See link to the story below.
Also, there was the town, the scenery, and Paris. I had a new digital still/video camera so wound up taking almost 400 pictures. I have tried to whittle down significantly and put them in some sort of order. Links to these pages are below. Note the time to load over a typical dialup is shown in parentheses - so be patient!
Chamonix (10 minutes) - Sight seeing and general

Friday Photos (8 minutes) - After the big snow we took the cable car to Aiguille du Midi without skis but with Joan, Anne, Ron, and Bruce.
